View from Door of Nursery. The picture on the left was made by my grandmother.
Left hand side of nursery. Her diaper bag and car seat all ready to go.
Right hand side of nursery. The pack and play in the corner will move to our room and my new chair will sit there. The quilt in the corner was made by Aunt Julie. Rebecca, I was inspired by your diaper supply shelf to have Graham put up one for us!
Her massive wardrobe. The closet extends another 2 feet to the left and that area is PACKED.
Peanut - This is a bear I crocheted. Instead of having feet the bottom of the bear becomes a blanket so she can cuddle the bear and cover up at the same time. His name is Peanut because before I had his eyes, nose, ears and muzzle sewn on he looked like a hairy peanut (according to Jack & Graham.)

How cute!! I love it all, and she is going to too!
Oh wow! I absolutely love it! I can't wait until we will have finished our new kids room and I can post similar pictures. Everything is so beautiful and neat and clean and I LOVE the peanut!!
We have that same co-sleeper and it was perfect for Claire. :)
How cute! I love the bear... was that your idea!?! Even so, I love the idea. I don't crochet, but I do knit... Hmm... not sure it would work as well. I absolutely love the color schemes. We have the same Boppy color cover!
Katie - I found the pattern for Peanut in a daily crochet calendar. It's technically called a bear-ghan. You might find a knitted pattern for one online.
Thanks for all the nice comments everyone. I too am very pleased with the outcome of the nursery.
Beautiful. :)
I really like how you decorated everything! I noticed we have the same bouncy seat (and picture frame on the bookshelf).
I think you will love having the co-sleeper. We used the pack N Play with the added feature to raise the height of the mattress this time around. I appreciated that when Lauren was having so much trouble sleeping...I could doze on my bed while trying to pat her back!
Your bear turned out great. I love your diaper bag and I could go on and on. It is fun to choose and receive all the new stuff with your first baby.
I just realized we have to same bouncy seat to Jen. lol My boys love it and Caleb still wants to play with it.
So pretty! Aw, to decorate another nursery! Oh, did I say that? I'm not REALLY ready. The animal artwork is adorable and the quilt is really way too cute. Where did you get it again? Your crocheted items are adorable! I think I'd like to order one of those hot yarn blankets -- how much do you charge?
Trust me the nursery is adorable in person!! I am very jealous of this little girls wardrobe..she may never have to wear the same thing twice. :)
Liz.....if you mean the cross-stiched quilt...I did that.
The bouncy seat was actually given to me by my former boss. It's one of the items she didn't want to have to pack for their move to Chattanooga. Graham had to do a bit of surgery on the vibrating thingy as it didn't want to run when he first set it up. (I think the battery wasn't making good connection with the metal tabs.)
Jen - the picture frame - is it the green one with the animals?
When I mentioned to Graham getting a co-sleeper he was ALL for anything that might give us more sleep. I know we'll get a lot of use in the beginning when she is getting up a lot during the night for feedings and then we'll see how much we use it later as a co-sleeper. I love that it converts to a pack and play so even if we only use it for a little while as a co-sleeper it can have an extended life as a pack and play. :-)
I really splurged on that diaper bag. A girl in my sunday school class has one from the same line which I really loved and I REALLY wanted a diaper bag that was stylish and looked more like a purse. I put in some major OT hours at work earlier this year so I bought the more expensive diaper bag. I'm actually excited about changing diapers so I can use it!
Liz - I can make you one for your next baby. :-) If it's a boy, we'll just leave out the girly colors.
What line is that diaper bag =) Lauren may "need" a new one!!!;)
It's a JP Lizzy bag. The best price I found for it was at eBags. They do free shipping for more expensive bags almost all the time and every so often they do a 10% to 25% off sale so I ended up getting like 20 dollars off.
Julie, I did not pick up that it was a cross-stitch quilt. Now THAT is impressive and absolutely adorable! What a cute design, too!
