- She's still head down with her rump on my left and her feet on my right.
- Her heart was beating very strongly and therefore was echoing all around. She had a hard time finding a place to put the doppler where it wouldn't echo.
- I was told I have had an ideal weight gain. I personally feel huge but I have noticed in the past few weeks I've pretty much leveled out which from I read is normal. Gone are the weeks of gaining a pound or two each week.
- I'm measuring perfectly for the week I'm in.
- I'm Group B Strep Negative. (I wasn't really worried about this but it's nice to know I don't have to take antiobiotics before delivery.)
- Last but not least, insurance is going to pay 80% not the 60% we were previously quoted. This is a huge blessing and although we could have paid 40% it's nice not to.
Tomorrow we go to the first of two Childbirth classes. We also have an interview set up with the pediatrician on the 27th. I tried to get in earlier but they were booked solid for parent interviews until then.

I'm glad that your appointment went so well. You are in the homestrech now. :)
I am so glad you are GPS negative!!! I have always been positive and after 20 odd hrs of labor, antibiotics and fluid, I was really wishing I was not - then I would have stayed home longer. I hope your visit with the pedi goes well and you like her/him.
Wow Kelley!!! She could come any day now!
I am really enjoying the blanket you made Lauren. It is so big...it must have taken you forever!!
It actually didn't take too long. It's a pretty simple pattern so I can whip through those fairly quickly. I'm currently working on another afghan with the same yarn. I'll post pictures when I'm done (which hopefully will be before the baby arrives as I'm figuring I won't have much time for crocheting at first!)
If you ever manage to squeeze in time to program a meal planner, what with having a baby and all, I'll be one of your many customers. Programming was always one of my weakest subjects so a random number generator is the closest I'll ever get.
