Do not wear nursing bra to step class, no matter how supportive and comfortable said bra is. Bra can become unsnapped during workout resulting in loss of support.
LOL - oh Kelley!! I guess you can laugh now, esp if you are posting about it! I'm sure it was embarrassing at the time. It took me a few months to remember that if I didn't NEED to nurse while away from home, I could actually wear a regular, non-nursing bra!!!
ohhh. Eek! I am so sorry! I always doubled up for support; either two sports bras or a nursing bra and a sports bra. The latter would save you from the aforementioned embarrassment!
I bet that felt a bit surprising! Also, sorry I never responded to you about the bath products in Kate's bathroom. Yes, I have the Honeysuckle baby bath & the conditioner. And yes, Kate's hair actually needs conditioner. :-) I've been satisfied with both products. Also, it's that time of year and I'm looking at vacation spots again. I was looking on Lake Keowee & I just saw some townhomes called Stoneledge. That's not where you guys stayed last year, is it?
I don't think anyone noticed but me and it took me a minute to identify the problem. Once I figured it out I slipped out of the class to rectify the situation in the bathroom. Thankfully it didn't happen again during the class. The main reason I wore that vs a sports bra is I don't have any that fit my current size and I really don't want to buy any more bras. I feel like I have constantly been doing that since I got pregnant!
Liz,
We did stay at Stoneledge last year. It was very pretty and quiet. The pool and townhome were nice. The main thing I didn't like was the particular townhome we rented wasn't right on the lake although there weren't any other buildings in front of us. The only other complaint I had was the patio furniture wasn't that comfortable but that was just that unit. If I had to do it over again I think I would have asked to borrow a friends boat or looked into renting one. It looked like those people who had boats had a lot of fun!
LOL!!!! Since my only decent bra is a sleep bra, I wouldn't really have that problem. It fits like a sport bra and has heavy duty snaps. Now as to whether my boobs remained in their spots would be another matter for concern:)
I'm a wife, a mom, & a follower of God. I am trained as a computer programmer but have taken on the full time job of raising our children. I enjoy spending time with family & friends, a clean house, and being crafty.

Perhaps this means I should probably buy a non-nursing sports bra?! My goodness, that sounds embarrassing (and a bit funny, too!).
